Harmony House is part of the restoration ministry of South Umpqua Christian Center. What began as an outreach to women coming out of dysfunctional lifestyles, Harmony House Ministries can now offer a place to live on site while participating in our program. Presently, we have a staffed, live-in facility to accommodate women seeking help in rebuilding a healthy Christian lifestyle.
Some of the areas included in our mentoring program:
a 12 Step Spiritual Journey, prayer training and guidance,
weekly classes in Christian life principles,
financial and budget planning,
assistance with resumes and job placement,
time management,
practical life skills,
social interaction with a community of Christian friends.
Our vision is to have facilities for men, youth, possibly even married couples.
